Electronics
The Electronics sub-team is tasked with creating the electrical system for the robot. We decide what components we need to have on the robot in collaboration with Programming , what space we have to work with, and how it should be wired. However, our greatest task is to make sure that there is no magic smoke!

Well, the Rough Draft is bagged and tagged so we’re finishing up FDR so that programming can go on testing the shooter and encoders!

Well, we pretty much have everything wired up and working on the first robot right now, and its looking pretty good. We still have to wire in the encoders for the drive motors, but other than that, electrically the robot is ready for Scrimmage on Saturday!

Wooh! The first of the mini electronics boards are fabricated and the one for the first robot is completely ready for mounting. Also for those of you who don’t know, the boards are made of KEVLAR and are bright YELLOW and awesome! The camera lights are also all wired up and ready to go.
